Automatic Waste Water Treatment Plant for waste water from connector electroplating process

- treatment of waste water containing heavy metals (Cu, Ni, Sn, Ag) and cyanides
- ZLD (Zero Liquid Discharge) system - recycling all water back into the production process
- based on a combination of rinse water circulation through ion exchange and vacuum evaporation
- 3 duplex AQUAREG ICS ion exchange stations (1 x 7500 l/h, 2 x 1850 l/h) for rinse water circulation
- chemical-physical treatment of ion exchange eluates and other waste water by batch mode
- treatment of pre-treated water by means of vacuum evaporator AQUADEST D 10000 (output 10000 l/day) and distillate treatment
- incl. reverse osmosis and mixbeds for the preparation of DI-water
- visualization and archiving of the technological process
