Automatic WWTP and Chemical Management.
A system comprising an automatically controlled wastewater treatment plant (WWTP), demineralized water production, and a central chemical storage facility.
Basic Parameters and Performance
• WWTP Capacity: 15 m³/h (alkaline-acidic wastewater).
• Demineralized Water Production: 3 m³/h (reverse osmosis technology).
• Operation Mode: Fully automatic operation with visualization.
• Storage: Large-volume tanks for concentrates (H2SO4, HCl, NaOH) with capacities of 10–20 m³.
WWTP Technological Units
• Reactors: Continuous-flow neutralization and flocculation (volumes 5,000–6,000 l).
• Sludge Separation: Gravity sedimentation in a sludge separator.
• Filtration: Filter press for sludge dewatering and an ion-exchange polishing line (sand filters, activated carbon, ion-exchange columns).
• Pumping Technology: Automatic stations for pumping reaction and treated water.
Chemical Storage and Distribution
• Accumulation: Closed tank system for acids and alkalis.
• Distribution: Piping systems for chemical delivery to individual production lines.
• Safety: Emergency containment sumps and automatic dosing stations.
Emission Control (Absorbers)
• Configuration: 3 independent foam absorbers for different production sections.
• Types:
- PA 14000 (for the PLATING LINE).
- PA 7000 (for the PATENTING LINE).
- A 3500 (for the CLEANING LINE).
• Function: Purification of exhausted air from chemical vapors before release into the atmosphere.
Control and Installation
• Automation: Complete assembly including electrical installation and control system.
• Materials: Plastic (PP, PVC) and stainless steel components resistant to aggressive environments.
• Monitoring: Continuous pH measurement at the discharge point into the sewage system.
